FAQs

How do I book a suite for my cat?

You can easily book your cat’s stay through our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak periods such as Easter, Christmas, and school holidays.

Check-in begins at 12 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, Monday through Saturday. Early or late check-ins and check-outs can be arranged for an additional fee of $20. Please note that during early or late check-outs, your cat will be in a holding area in the vet clinic, not in their booked room, to accommodate incoming guests.

We don’t provide a pet taxi service directly, however there are several pet transport services in Sydney that can bring your cat to and from Hotel for Cats. We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy periods. Here are a few options to consider:

To maintain the comfort, security, and privacy of our feline guests, we do not allow tours of the hotel. We know humans wouldn’t like strangers looking into their hotel rooms while they were having a bath. We think cats feel the same.

We offer a variety of suites to cater to different feline personalities and needs, including:

  • Clowder (Family) Penthouse: Our largest suite, ideal for families of up to four cats.
  • Terrace Penthouse: A spacious suite with ample room for play and relaxation.
  • The Estate: A luxurious corner suite offering a comfortable and stylish environment.
  • Grand Suites Collection: Our most popular five star suites. Spacious, designer suites with premium amenities.
  • Junior and Senior Suites: Great value accommodation.

Each suite is thoughtfully designed with custom bedding, climbing shelves, and entertainment options to ensure your cat’s comfort and enjoyment.

All suites come equipped with custom bedding, climbing shelves, litter facilities, fresh water, and premium meals. Select suites also feature cat wheels, hideaways, and interactive play areas to keep your cat engaged and active during their stay.

We serve high-quality premium cat food to cater to your cat’s dietary needs. If your cat requires a specific diet, please provide their usual food to maintain consistency.
