Check-out is by 11:00am, allowing our team time to prepare suites for incoming guests.
Late check-out until 2:30pm is available for an additional $20. If you plan to pick up after 2:30pm, please select the Even Later Check-out option, which applies to pick-ups between 2:31pm and 5:30pm and carries a $40 fee.
Our team will ensure your cat is comfortable and cared for right up until departure in our vet hospital area, so you can collect a calm and content guest.
